Landowner Listing Program

We know selling land is a major decision, and we’re with you every step of the way. At Land & Legacy Group, we offer a Landowner Listing Program designed to sell premium land in Wisconsin. You Schedule A Call

We'll use this call to introduce ourselves, talk about your goals, and go over our process. This is an ideal opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you have about listing your property.

We Sign Listing Documents

We'll complete and review state-approved real estate listing documents and disclosures. Once everything is completed we'll sign the documents and start our working relationship together.

We Advertise Your Property

Your property will be listed on the MLS and syndicated to numerous real estate websites through our paid memberships. We also leverage our in-house direct mail marketing team, signage, email campaigns, and networking to maximize exposure.

We Review Offers With You

We aim to present you with offers that align with your goals. When we generate an offer we’ll review all the details with you and walk you through the next steps in the process.

You Accept an Offer

An Accepted Offer is reached when the Buyer and Seller agree to terms and all parties sign off on the Offer to Purchase. We will create a Title Order and Checklist and guide you through any necessary contingencies.

Your Deal Is Closed

At this point all contingencies have been satisfied. The final documents are prepared for signing. After everything is signed, your land sale will be officially closed and any proceeds are disbursed to you.

How Much Land Selling Experience Do You Have?

I got my start in real estate well before I went off to college in 2010. I’ve always looked at land for sale and farms for sale in Wisconsin and across the US. When I studied business administration at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, I focused on finance, insurance, and real estate to expand my knowledge. That led me to getting my Wisconsin Real Estate Broker's license and jumping into analyzing investment properties. From there, I grew my business and speciality into the land market. I continued my education and received my Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in real estate. I also received the Accredited Land Consultant designation (ALC) from the Realtors Land Institute (RLI). In addition to helping clients with their real estate, I invest in real estate myself and have built a multi-million dollar portfolio. I am also a firm believer in always learning and investing in mentorships. This has led me to acquire my Wisconsin Auctioneer’s license (License No.: 4037-52), Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor Qualifier license (License No.: 122201397-DCQ), as well as take the Wisconsin education courses for Appraisers.
