Opting for the Transaction Coordination service will provide you with state of Wisconsin-approved transaction documents, weekly updates, offer drafting and review, ordering title, preparing an offer checklist, monitoring and working through any and all contingencies, and preparing for closing. Land & Legacy Group can be viewed as your liaison from the process of having a buyer all the way to reaching the closing table. 1. Initial Meeting - The purpose of this meeting is to introduce ourselves and get on the same page of where you’re at in the selling process. It's an ideal opportunity to discuss any questions you may have.
2. Listing Documents - We will complete and sign listing documents approved by the state of Wisconsin. This will include documents for us to represent you as well as any disclosures.
3. Buyer Contact - Since you already have a buyer lined up for your property, our team will get in contact with the buyer to let them know we’re representing them and can help put their offer together.
4. Offer Review - With the Buyer’s offer drafted we’ll present the offer to you and talk you through all the points. You may decide to accept, reject, or counter the offer. We’ll work with you to meet your objectives.
5. Closing - All contingencies have been satisfied, and the final documents are prepared for signing. After everything is reviewed and signed, your land sale will be officially closed.
